We are a hybrid organisation offering services as a broker offering the full-fledged range of policies expected of a professional entity while also offering consultation, design and implementation of Retirement Benefits scheme through our registered status with the retirement Benefits Authority as an Administrator.

Scope

Roberts Insurance Brokers Limited was founded in 1992 becoming the first company to launch an ethical administration system for retirement benefits schemes in this country exclusively. The company, therefore, has been in this business for over thirty (30) years.

Experience

Roberts has a wealth of experience in dealing with nominated investment advisors. This experience has given us a distinctive viewpoint and proved invaluable when designing our products and support services.

Our In-house claims department is here to help with the ability to provide claims analysis and highlight trends to you. We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled level of personal service and this is never more evident than when you need to make a claim. Should you need to file a claim, be it in the Life & Pension Benefits section of our services or the General Insurance portfolio, immediately report your claim through the various channels in place giving a brief description of the incident, damage incurred, time and date of the incident, insurers name and your relevant contact details. Or in the case of Retirement Benefits Schemes provide a completed claim form with the relevant attachments for our immediate action. We understand that a key part of our services to you is ensuring that any claims you make are dealt with quickly, efficiently and that your business is up and running or that your benefit dues are paid to you as soon as possible.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Our in-house Risk Management team has over 30 years industry experience, along with a proven track record in developing Insurer Risk Management Programmes. We live in an ever more litigious society, leading to an increase in personal injury claims and liability insurance costs.
